Tyler Whitehead is the former CEO of Arbonne, a leading direct sales beauty brand. At the company, Tyler led the digital and global expansion in a disrupted industry to build a new experiential economy-based business.
Prior to his leadership role at Arbonne, he served multiple roles over as 20 years at Nu Skin, culminating as President of West Region, and was responsible for compensation plan innovation, customer engagement, e-commerce, and social sharing to develop new ways of working, new ways of going to market, and new ways to succeed in a sustainable, revolutionary approach. Leading the transformation of the direct selling industry and creating value for customers, communities and shareholders remains his ongoing focus.
Tyler served several senior roles on the US DSA, including Chairman of the Ethics & Self-Regulation Committee and as a full-time member of the DSA Board of Directors. He also led the WFDSA as CEO Council Board of Directors.
With over two decades of experience as a board member, executive and innovator in the personal care, nutritional and direct selling space, Tyler has developed and inspired strategies for transformational growth while bringing consumer products to market. He has aligned vision, coached and counseled clients, and built powerful teams focused on strategic and profitable execution, firmly anchored in a purpose-based culture of human empowerment and experience. He has also applied his background as a general counsel and as an international attorney to advise and support the growth and expansion of businesses in the dietary supplement and direct selling sectors of the US and globally.
