Lori Bush’s commitment to helping people live better longer through innovation in beauty, wellness and social entrepreneurship has transcended her management career and continues to drive her numerous business ventures today. In 2020, she co-founded Solvasa Integrative Beauty to promote the beauty in mindful and holistic selfcare practices.

From October 2007 until her attempt at retirement in January 2016, Bush served as President and CEO of Rodan + Fields.  During her tenure, the company re-launched under a transformative social commerce model that grew to become a $Billion+ enterprise and one of the largest skincare brands in the U.S.  Prior to Rodan + Fields, Bush served as President of Nu Skin, the global personal care division of Nu Skin Enterprises and held the positions of Worldwide Executive Director of Skin Care Ventures at Johnson & Johnson and Vice President of Professional Marketing for Neutrogena.

Bush is frequently asked to share her knowledge with colleagues and students as a speaker at industry and academic events. She has authored a number of papers dealing with health, beauty and business leadership and is a co-author of a best-selling beauty and wellness book.  She has served as Chairman of New Avon Board of Managers, and is a director on several private company, public company and non-profit boards.

Bush earned her B.S. from The Ohio State University and M.B.A. from Temple University.
