Katrina Eash

Katrina Eash is a member of Winston & Strawn’s Complex Commercial Litigation Practice, a trial lawyer who concentrates her practice in class-action and intellectual property litigation defense. She has extensive experience defending companies in class-action litigation and regularly handles class claims involving allegations of RICO and securities violations, including experience defending and advising direct-selling organizations on Federal Trade Commission and regulatory compliance issues. She has successfully defended numerous direct-selling organizations in class actions and other litigation matters.
Her litigation experience includes patent and trademark infringement allegations, partnership disputes, theft of intellectual property and trade secrets, breaches of contract and fiduciary duties, business torts, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements and unfair competition.
Katrina received her B.A from the University of North Texas and her J.D., magna cum laude, from SMU. Katrina has served on various committees for the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers as Co-Chair of the Diversity Committee, Member of the Business and Career Development Committee, and Member of the Judiciary Committee, and is an active member of the firm’s Women’s Leadership Initiative.
