A direct selling veteran of over 30 years with extensive field and operations experience, Gordon Hester serves compliance as the Chief Sales Officer of the Americas for PM International. Prior to this position, Gordon built a technology company with more than 30 global direct selling clients and worked as a consultant for seven years where he aided a legacy company to remain competitive and relevant in the marketplace. Holding multiple digital marketing certifications to go along with a DSA Compliance Certification, Gordon has also served as a DSEF Board Member, worked as a liaison between the channel and over 250 academic fellows, sat on research committees as well as government relations boards, conducted several industry trainings, and authored numerous direct selling articles as well as a book titled Positioned Right: The Forces Shaping the Future of Direct Selling & Network Marketing.
